Version Philosophy
ComplianceCheck releases in three phases, each adding capability without breaking prior work. v1 is manually-assisted validation; v2 adds intelligence (anomaly detection); v3 adds workflow automation (signoff routing).
v1.0: Assisted Compliance Checking (Target: Early Q3 2026)
Mission: Prove the core concept — that automated checklist validation + human review = faster, consistent compliance audits.
What ships:
- Manual artifact upload (PDF, DOCX, XLSX)
- QMS compliance checklist validation (presence checks, completeness scoring)
- Findings dashboard (auditor view)
- Human review workflow (auditor validates, submits)

Known limitations (v2+):

v1.1: UX Polish & Quick Wins (Target: Mid Q3 2026, ~2 weeks post-launch)
Not critical for launch, but high-value if time permits before/after v1 release.

Mission: Add intelligence layer — detect anomalies, inconsistencies, deviations from standards.
Major additions:
- Cross-document anomaly detection: Flags contradictions between docs (e.g., timeline in Implementation Plan conflicts with Test Strategy)
- Artifact source integration: Auto-pull from SharePoint, Confluence, HCL Notes
- Enhanced validation: Detect data inconsistencies, missing signatures, version mismatches
- AI-powered recommendations: Suggest fixes for flagged issues
- Market-specific compliance rules: UI for defining market-specific QMS variants
- Advanced reporting: Trend analysis, compliance score over time, risk heat maps
